Since this is an RP (Role-Play) site, different situations will arise and a different set of rules is required.
- Cybering, or pornographic posts are strictly forbidden. The minimum age for registering on this site is 13 years old. Keep it clean!
- Dating, whether in RL (real life) or in RP between minors (under the age of 18) and adults (ages 18 and up) is ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN! Admin will not be responsible in any way, shape, manner or form should this ever occur, but it will be dealt with the very second we find out your true age and if you are engaging in any immoral actions with minors. Note that we have your every IP address on file and should authorities request your IP address, we are required by federal law to comply with all instructions in the effort in keeping child predators at bay.
- We take privacy VERY seriously. Your e-mail address, IP address or any other personal information that you choose to relinquish will NEVER be given out to any party except those required by federal law. Do not ask Admin for any personal information regarding another member of this site or if you can have access to sensitive information. Your request will be denied and you will be reported to the forummotion.com site administrators for possible legal action upon the suspicion of fraud and defamation of others. Admin does not hold any accountability should you choose to freely provide other members with your information and should such information lead to the event of any harm come to you. You are solely responsible for the information you post and any information you provide.
- If you should feel at any time that you are being stalked, preyed upon, or if you believe you have been hacked, contact Admin and alert them to your situation, provide any and all information that will aid in an internal investigation into the matter and we will be sure that you remain safe on our site. As stated above, we take privacy VERY seriously and will do what we can to provide the best security possible. Note that any information you provide Admin will never be given out and will be deleted once the internal investigation is finished.
- New accounts MUST become active within five (5) days of being activated. This means you have five (5) days to login after you receive the account activation e-mail. (Please check your spam folder within 24 hours of registering.) Once this is achieved, you will need to make 25 posts within 30 days of the account being activated in order for the account to remain activated.
- In order to receive newsletters from this website (Newsletters are simply a way to inform you of upcoming RP events and account information. We DO NOT give out email addresses to ANYONE.), then add the following address to your contact list: board@forumotion.com. This will ensure that you receive newsletters from us. If you do not receive an email from us, and it contained important information, then we are not at fault for you missing out. Your email is your responsibilty.
- Accounts that aren't active for 30 days, will be deactivated. Users will then have an additional 60 days to inform Admin if they wish to have their account reactivated. If no contact is made, the account will be deleted and the user will need to re-register.
- By agreeing, you hereby acknowledge and understand these rules set forth by the forummotion.com website and by The Creed of Eternal Darkness site. You also confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and are of sound mind by agreeing to these terms. These terms and not negotiable in any way, shape, manner or form. Should you fail to comply with any of these rules, you acknowledge that we have the right to remove your account and ban your IP address at any time.
