Warnings and Punishment

Sadly, not all members will follow the rules at all times. Those who don't follow the rules will be dealt with swiftly. Warnings are issued out when a member or members violate the Rules of the Creed. Here's how this will work:

1st Violation: A simple warning will be given within the RP or OOC topic the member is in and no punishment will be issued.

2nd Violation: The member will be warned in the RP or OOC topic again and a warning will be posted in "The Scrolls of the Damned" topic. The member warned will notice their Warning Level (located in their profile and below their usernames in their posts) will be decreased by 1 (one) increment.

3rd Violation: No further warnings will be issued in the RP or OOC topic, but a warning will be posted in "The Scrolls of the Damned" topic. The member's Warning Level will then be decreased by another increment. If the member is an Enforcer or Admin, the user will be demoted by one level for a month. At this point, the member will also not be qualified for any special events such as Tournaments or Quests.

4th Violation: Another warning will be posted in "The Scrolls of the Damned" topic and the member's Warning Level will be decreased by another increment. If the member is an Enforcer or Admin, they will be permanently demoted to a Member without the possibility of being promoted to Enforcer or Admin ever again. The member will also not be allowed to PM anyone in the site and they will be denied access to the OOC Topics. They will be restricted to RP topics only.

5th (Final) Violation: A final warning will be posted in "The Scrolls of the Damned" topic and their Warning Level will be depleted. The member will then be banned from the site for 1 (one) month and their username will be placed in "The Scrolls of the Exiled" topic. Upon their return, their warning level will remain depleted and they will only be allowed to RP. They will not be allowed to PM, post in the OOC Topics, their home and/or business will be deleted and they will be monitored to the extreme. Should the member violate the Rules of the Creed again, the member will be banned from the site indefinitely, and their account deleted permanently. They will NOT be allowed in the site ever again. At this time, the member's username will be posted in "The Scrolls of the Banished" topic.


"Exiled" Members: These users are temporarily banned from the site for 1 (one) month. They will be allowed back in, but only until they have served their time away.

"Banished" Members: These users will be banned from the site indefinitely and will never be allowed access to this site ever again. Their accounts will be deleted permanently.
